Swedish 90% - written 4 published magazine articles
Arabic 10% - can just make myself understood (spoken + written)

Yes, but they are rare.

I recall looking for a job back in 1996, and found this group almost
empty, while US and UK groups were filled with job ads. Then, I
thought Swedish employers would start advertising here when they had
become internet aware, since at the time almost no company would even
accept applications by email, but, judging from this group, employers
still haven't got a clue about this internet thing.

This should go in swnet.jobs.d or se.jobs.d, but such groups do not
exist yet.

That is because us computer literate company directors also knows that
this usenet/netnews thingie is mostly filled with spam, ads and naughty
pictures, aside from a lack of good access providers, and therefore are
not actively making any efforts at posting job ads in newsgroups.

I, for the record, serve as a director of several companies based in
Sweden, UK and the US.

Then can you use a good Englishman with an engineering background, based in
Stockholm / Uppsala ? (I have to ask :-)
