würde somit jedem von dem Kauf bei Bürotechnik - Kempf abraten. Es
kann auch jeden von euch treffen!

Betreff: toner ziemlich schwach auf der brust
Hallo,
ich habe am 20.08.2004 bei Ihnen eine Toner-Einheit für den HP
Laserjet 1200 bestellt (Kundennr. xxxxxxx). Ich würde schätzen, dass
ich seitdem ca. 100 Seiten gedruckt habe mit dem Resultat, dass der
Druck auf der linken Seite des Blattes weitaus schwächer ist als auf
dem Rest des Blattes. Auch nach schütteln des Toners ist keine
Besserung sichtbar.
Lässt sich da in irgendeiner Form Abhilfe verschaffen?

dass die Patrone von Ihrem … Versand ihren Dienst nicht richtig tut
geht mir ja inzwischen eigentlich am Arsch vorbei. Es kann ja immer
mal vorkommen! Jedoch platzt mir ja echt der Kragen wenn ich mir
überlege wie Sie mit den Kunden umgehen, denn einfach nicht zu
antworten finde ich schon ziemlich feige!!!
Wenn ich mit Ihnen dies bezüglich nicht in Kontakt treten kann, dann
suche ich mir eben andere Stellen an denen ich meine Erfahrungen mit
www.buerotechnik-kempf.de teilen kann.

Es wird in kleinen Firmen gerne mal vergessen, die info@... Adresse auch
einem Mitarbeiter zuzuordnen. Vielleicht gar keine boese Absicht. Ich

bei eben der Firma habe ich auch Kartuschen gekauft. Eine hat nach
ca. 100 Seiten einen grauen Schatten in der Seitenmitte produziert.
Email an Kempf, nach ca. 4h Antwort, wir schicken Ersatz mit
Retourenaufkleber. Der ist auch prompt am übernächsten Tag da.
Dann kam gleich noch einmal, mit gleicher Lieferscheinnummer, eine
weitere Kartusche. Ich wies per Email auf die Doppellieferung hin
und habe seitdem nichts mehr gehört.
Ich glaube, das ist eine ansich seriöse Firma, die grade ein
Problem hat. Die nehmen das mit ihrer Garantie schon ernst. An
Deiner Stelle würde ich entweder mal anrufen, oder den altmodischen
Brief verwenden.
