Not true. Anyone can call publicly available toll free numbers and report. Many children were stolen by government, many men arrested and put in the jail and that was in many cases the first step (done by government applying stupid and damaging law) toward divorce.

Though doing so other than in good faith is good for up to 6 months in gaol.

OK, let's look at the law. We're obviously talking about this act:

And in particular, part 7.3, which relates to care and protection orders. How should this law be altered to make it less stupid and damaging?
