On this occasion it is.
It's like saying Arctic Eskimos built the Egyptian Pyramids.
Or Australian Aborigines build the Great Wall of China.
It's wrong, totally wrong and laughable like the above.
As it's been pointed out, Stonehenge was NOT built by any one tribe or group
of people, but evolved over many hundreds of years changing it's appearance
all the time.
