Every legal vote has already been counted. And why is it "Clearly the
majority of San Diegans"? The majority is sick of corrupt politions and
don't vote.
The election was a run-off between _ONLY_ 2 people. "Surfer Girl" was not
included, but 2 weeks ago she did vote for bigger retirerment funds for city
'workers' (That's her).
