 | Hello,
I have several confocal z-section sets. Can anyone recommend a reasonable (and free) software for z-section assembly. The microscope software (LaserSharp (Bio-Rad)) is not very user friendly and I would like to try something different. Win or Linux is OK.
TIA

 | Try out ImageJ. It works great with stacks of images. There are many plugins for ImageJ that you might find useful. It's free and runs on Windows and Linux using SUN JVM 1.3 and 1.5 (1.4 is not recommended).
