 | does anyone know if there is a difference between the results obtained with thiocarbohydrazide (tch) vs. thiosemicarbazide (tsc)? i have several references on the subject. some use tch and some use tsc but none of them explain why they chose one over the other. it seems that (perhaps) tch is better for sections, while the tsc may be more useful for carbohydrates in suspension...?
