Claudio,

I don't know where you are located. In the United States, you might visit GTI
Microsystems' website. They have several very good rebuilt microscopes (Zeiss,
Leitz, Wild, AO, etc.) and I know I've seen some pol scopes there.

Every major maker has one. It depends on what your needs are and do you
want new or used. Of course stick with the major makers, Leica, Zeiss,
Nikon or Olympus.
