Controlling the exact number of cuts in MIP Solver in ILOG/Cplex

Does anyone know if I can control the exact number of generated cuts in a MIP in Cplex? i.e. I want Cplex to generate exactly 12 Gomory cuts on the root node of my problem. Is there a way to achieve this?
