 | I used GAMS to solve my MINLP model.
But after 999 nodes, it displayed "Node limit exceed". How can I avoid it?

I assume you are using SBB? In that case you can use the
NODLIM model suffix to increase the node limit. E.g.:
model m /all/;
m.nodlim = 100000;
solve m minimizing z using minlp;
Note: the best place to get GAMS support is to send an
e-mail to support@gams.com, or to use the GAMS mailing
list (http://www.gams.com/maillist/gams_l.htm).
