 | Hi all.
We are trying to establish how knife makers (either private or commercial) would like to buy 440c materials.
Are there standard common sizes you would like available to buy off the shelf, for either single or multiple blade manufacture?
Would you want them pre-hardened?
Please let us know...so that we can try to offer what YOU want!
Also...if we were to produce blade blanks, would anyone be interested in being an agent for them?
Thanks
Les Preece www.440c.com England.

 | Hi Lee
For myself, sheets of 1/16, 3/32 and 1/8 - ideally 6 x 36. Bar stock 1/8 x 1 1/4 - 1/8 x 1 1/2 - 5/32 x 1 1/2 - 3/16 x 1 1/2 - 3/16 x 2 and possibly 1/4 x 2 - all in lengths at least 36" - all annealed. I am also interested in stocking these sizes for my customers and may be interested in distribution of your blade blanks as well.
