 | This is a phonological law stating that some sounds from the indo-european language evolve in others in the proto-german,i f after a non-stressed syllable. My questions: 1. Is this the right group for this question?Since I'm a newbie,I only could read the usenet rules, not yet follow them.Plz excuse me. 2.W h a t does a (un)stressed syllable have to do with voice change? 3.Are there a second or even a third law? P.S.I'm a bulgarian,English is my second language.Plz excuse my spelling.Thessaurus-es aren't cheap here.
