Subject? Perhaps only with the meaning of 'target'. Of course, truth or falsity are also the targets of human reasoning such as in inference. In both cases the target is never attained.

I think I've run into Mike before. An eclectic skeptic. If he's the one I'm thinking of, his main claim to philosophy is that he is a musician.
