Subject? Perhaps only with the meaning of 'target'. Of course,
truth or falsity are also the targets of human reasoning such as

I think I've run into Mike before. An eclectic skeptic. If he's the
one I'm thinking of, his main claim to philosophy is that he is a
musician.
