I'll be on Spring Break mid to late March and would like to get some
sailing time in. Where are some good places to go within continental
U.S. (I have a SW voucher so I'm limited to SW destinations)? Also,
information regarding rentals would be extremely appreciated.

Definitely consider Corpus Christi, March/April are peak wind months and
generally plenty warm too. Rentals only at www.worldwinds.net at Bird Ilsnad.
Look at Alissa, Trina, Mike, Mike, Tom, and Hans at
http://windlog.hansanderson.com/ for local wind logs.

Try Tinho Dornellas's Calema Windsurfing near Cocoa Beach, FL. March is a
great time for wind and sun. Tinho's shop is the bomb and he offers really
great lessons for pretty much anyone. http://www.calema.com

Corpus Christi seems to be pretty breezy lately. SW flies relatively close
I believe.

If you want windsurfing combined with the ballistic Spring Break week, go to
South Padre Island. Outta control at night, and sail by day. If I was
college aged, I'd go in a heartbeat.
