 | I have a firewire port on my Windows XP PC, and I have a nice JVC DV
camcorder. What is the best software I can get to utilize the camcorder as a
webcam? I have high speed internet, and the person I want to
video-conference with has the same also.

Check out Orange Micro they have DV to webcam software, it works OK for me.
