Who voted on that?
And on the same day that he gets hit with friendly construction some other guy is nailing Cindy Crawford.

 | In Jammer's defense, at least he knew when he got hit. Of course, not being able to take that next step because his foot was nailed to the OSB would have been a pretty good clue. " H. "He's the luckiest guy, ever."
I'm still trying to figure out exactly how that works... the guy had a nailgun backfire on him and impale his brain, but he's still "the luckiest guy ever"? Who voted on that?

He's alive, and apparently not all that damaged (although I have to wonder how well his brain was working before the accident if he didn't notice anything different).

Don't get me wrong... I realize that the guy is extremely lucky to be alive. I just don't see how getting accidentally shot in the head with a nailgun can up your "luckiness factor". I may have been able to agree with the statement if the situation had happened on purpose... but even that is doubtful.

I guess it's a "glass half full" versus "glass half empty" difference in perspective. On the one hand, putting a nail in your head sucks no matter how you look at it. On the other hand, it doesn't suck quite as much as losing an eye and becoming a vegetable.
Regardless, I don't think I'd be buying a bunch of lottery tickets if I were him.

Hey, he's had his 15 minutes of fame and a horrible accident that turned out well for him. The rest of his life is likely to be ever so dull.
