It's perfectly so, or as close as you can do with katakana, if you pronounce Schwarzkopf as a German name, i.e., "schVartzkopf." Japanese has no V, and no final F.

 | As is the case with Romaji, the phonetic form of Anglicized Japanese. As is the case here. McDonalds = Makudonarudo Hamburger = Hanbaga (David Hanbaga? - sounds delightful!)
