Out of the bag, it looks like a Walther P5 compact in 9mm:

Later when he loses it after Bourne shoots him, and it is sitting in the snow,
it looks like something else, it doesn't appear to be the pistol he pulled out of the
bag.
Then, when he picks it up, and the view is from the rear of the pistol, it looks
like the P5 compact again.

| I can't remember the pistol type. I know he used an HK P9 once. But
the rifle you mentioned was a Swiss SIG not an HK. It was a 550
variant with supressor.
