With Minuit Guibolles from Orléans!
University of Twente campus (Bastille)
Enschede, The Netherlands
The five members of Minuit Guibolles were the sensation at Gennetines
2004 (Le Grand Bal de L'Europe). The rebels of the French bal folk
scene play "wild and tamed music from here and there".. This will be
their first Dutch appearance and presentation of their brand new cd.
We probably start at 20:30 with a crash course bal folk dancing. The
Bastille will be available until the next morning, so expect a
late-night afterparty/session with sleep-in and breakfast. The venue
has a 225m2 well ventilated dancefloor, seperate lounge with bar with
room for smoking and sleepers can use the showers. The green
university campus has two hotels near the Bastille. Also maybe the
bunkhouse cabins will be available. The campus can be reached by
car/camper (plenty parkingspace), train (station Drienerlo) and
regular busses run from Hengelo and Enschede (direct trains from
Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zwolle, Münster, Hannover and Dortmund).

Suport act will be the swinging bal folk of the Dutch: Lirio
We start at 20:30 with a crash course bal folk dancing with live music
and the afterparty is expected to last unitl 4:00. You can spend the
night at the campus cottages for just 7 euro (including breakfast) or
at one of the campus hotels with discount. For more info, bed
