Just spend 45 minutes trying to find the entry level 2005 dressage tests. Are
they not free? Do I have to join something? Anyone?

Dana. Where did you look? I got copies of 2003 tests from the USEF website.

I think when they first come out they are free on that website but only for
a limited time? I'm not sure. I bought mine at a tack shop for like
$15.00. Too much, but I wanted the little booklet that I could carry in my
pocket. JJ

Thank you much. I thought there was a walk trot entry level test or 2. Did they
remove these?

No, they should have Introductory Tests 1-4. Most folks only offer one
and two at shows.

My Training Level test booklet has Intro A and B in addition to the four
Training tests. I remember once-upon-a-time there being 4 Intro tests
though.

Or is it an Eventing Dressage test vs Dressage Only test difference?

Atleast four years ago the Intro 3 and 4 tests were dropped. Those were the
intro tests with canter. The thinking was that if a rider could canter then
the Training 1 and 2 tests would be the next logical step from intro 1 and 2.

IMO, now that all the training level tests can be ridden either sitting or
rising, there is so much more available for the rider/horse at the beginning
level. The test committee should have done that a long time ago.
