Except that isn't a repository of search.ini entries. If you download Opsed (Opera Search.ini Editor), it comes with a whole heap of presets.

But if you go to http://nontroppo.org/wiki/SearchPlugins , and click on 'button' or 'field' you'll see the search URL as well. And if you've installed OpSed (which might be tricky as it is a Windows app...) you can even get these entries added to OpSed automatically.
