 | On Beta1 of 8.0, save session, and start Opera with
saved session, saved floated panel, which is vertically
high and horizontally narrow, appears as small square shaped.
Preview4 of 7.60, and another previews, works as expected.
Windows 8.0 Beta1 work as expected.

Self confirmed on my another Linux machine,
completely new installed 'Opera Beta'.
