 | The site www.news.com.au has recently undergone an overhaul. As a result,
it no longer displays correctly in Opera (I'm using 7.54). It looks nice
in Firefox. Is this a problem with Opera or with the site?
I'd say this is fairly serious as this site would be in the top five most
visited sites in Australia.

Update. The appearance has improved since yesterday, so they must have
made some improvements (still not perfect).
The big problem though (that I forgot to mention) is that it causes CPU
usage to jump to 99%. Yikes.
