Some locked phones can be unlocked (I have no idea whether yours can),
but there are many arguments against Rijk telling you so.
I've been told that a software upgrade can be installed to my
(non-Opera, non-smart, WAP) phone, to open up functions such as ring
tone setup by wire, but as far as I know that would be unlicensed and
illegal and anyway ringtones aren't so important to me.
