Does anyone else find it more than a little , er, conflicting, that our
esteemed leader Ms Clarke...the modern woman who eschews Christian
prayers, skirts in the presence of the queen, subjugation of all sorts
of people...

Is having such a high old time of it in Ratana?

It's "Miss Clark", not "Miss Clarke". She wore a skirt when she met
George Bush so her eschewal only went so far.

Well I find a self confessed atheist lauding the praises of a early 20th
century mystic and his superstitious followers somewhat ironic.

Still I suppose she'd turn up for Diwali.
