请问ISA2004评估版在安装到最后的附加组件时为什么不能安装了，导致整个安装失
败，我的系统是windows 2000+Sp4,非整合版，但KB821887补丁我也打上了，在c盘的
programfiles目录下也没有sql的相关项目，硬件应该没问题，系统的错误日至为：
Installing the performance counter strings for MSSQL$MSFW failed. The Error
code is DWORD 0 of the Record Data.以及The performance counter name string
value in the registry is incorrectly formatted. The last valid index value
is DWORD 0 in the Record Data.请问这是为什么，谢谢：）
