 | I have been noticing that my hamster has some hair gone from it's back. I see it scratching it sometimes and wonder if it's something that I am doing wrong. Could it be that I am not changing bedding in it's cage enough? Does anyone have any ideas? The hamster is about 6 months old.

Yes; ask in a Newsgroup, where the pet hamster is on-topic For example: alt.pet.hamsters

elfin -- PS. this group is for Hamster a email/news server, not for hamsters of the furry, or in your case, not so furry variety
