Many times I gave my opinion to dBASE in several matters. Many times I
wondered if I was not being bias as I wanted just my needs satisfied.
As times goes on I simply verify that I was right. I was not bias because I
was one in thousands. Many questions in this newsgroup reveal that many
people feel the same need as me like using other report engines...and many
things like these ones.
Dbase has dbf but it works also with other databases, the same thing should
happen with reports. dBase shuld have an interface with other engines
reports and have its own. The case is abslutely similar with the databases.
With some special agreements the interface could have also included some of
the reports engines. I understand that this could have an additional cost:
dReports...

| Another vantage o dReports is that some clients of ours could buy it and
modify their own reports (including pure dBASE ones) not having to pay for
the whole dBASE Plus but only for dReports. dQuery is a start of it but is
not enough and it is too expensive for that purpose..
