Hi Guys,

I posted this to the getting-started group, but I must have missed this one in the list. I figure this one may be a better place to post, so sorry for the multiple posts!!

I have managed to complete an application using dBASE plus 2.21 (or newest), as well as a basic report.

Im having issues figuring out how to make that report multiple pages. For example:

1. I used the report designer to create a page of data from a dBASE database.
2. Some of that data wont fit on the same page, and will be used for each row of data taken from that database.
3. I would like to be able to take the data that doesn't fit on the page, and put it on the next page.

What I have is a bunch of information on the first page, then 3 large images that need to be displayed/printed after the main page of data on separate pages.

If somebody could point me in the right direction, that would be great as Im totally confused. I checked the tutorials on the dbase site about tips and tricks on reports and labels, but i still don't seem to be able to understand/get it to work.

Thank you so much!
Chris

No problem, it has been removed.

So this is like a form or something similar?

Yup, basically it it holds information for particular employee's. I would like to have the first page print out all their information (dob/name/etc,etc) then the next page is a scanned image, same with the third and fourth.

This would happen for each row pulled from the database, just for the life of me Im not sure what to do.

Yes I am a dBASE beginner ;)

Thanks for any pointers.

You would need two separate pageTemplates for the report. Details on
doing this are contained in the Tips and Tricks paper in the
Knowledgebase, I am pretty sure. Basically, you need them to point to
each other ...
