You have attached a .exe file. I would be surprised if anyone will be
prepared to run that.
I suggest you create a turnkey which makes the data files from code, and
which then executes the convert command you are reporting on, showing
the failure. In that way your code can all be in plain text and can
be included in the body of your message rather than as an attachment.

Yes, I assumed it was. But as a matter of principle, people are wary
of .exe files and it's not realistic to expect people to run one.
