An MVI (Moderator Vacancy Investigation) was concluded on 2004-11-29 for
the non-functioning moderated group misc.transport.air-industry.cargo.
After discussion, it was determined that cargo-related traffic should
be consolidated in the moderated misc.transport.air-industry group.
Please use that group instead.
