Does someone have a copy of the following paper??
R. M. Fujimoto, "Performance of Time Warp Under Synthetic Workloads,''
1990 Distributed Simulation Conference, pp. 23-28, January 1990.
In this paper Fujimoto originally described the PHOLD synthetic
workload model.
I could not find it on the web. I suspect it is not even available
on-line. If it is available, I'd be very happy to know WHERE.
