a) If you believe in a God, you can ask him to send you an Guardian Angel
that will asist you in having an OBE.
b) Telling yourselves and your unconciousness that you cant leave your body,
will make your unconcious believe that you cant do it and so, preventing you
from doing it. So start telling yourselves that YOU CAN DO IT.
