KILLER TAXPAYERS
You say you're against the war in Iraq, that you are a committed
dove, a peace maker, a non-violent person, a disciple of Jesus? Hmmm. I
wonder?
If you are a citizen of the United States, somewhere in Iraq today it
is virtually certain that one or more of your agents--soldiers,
marines, CIA operatives or Haliburton contract mercenaries-have
killed several innocent Iraqis in this war of naked aggression. Under
the American system of government, it is unquestionable that the
ultimate, sovereign authority of the nation resides in the people, the
citizens of the United States-you, if you are one.
Don't blame George Bush or members of Congress. They are your agents
doing what you have authorized them to do. Don't blame the soldiers
who in the heat of combat shoot unarmed children. They are acting on
your behalf, performing their duty for you. You sent them there. You
are their principal; they are your agents. It is an unimpeachable legal
axiom that a principal is responsible for the actions of his or her
agents in the course of the agents' duties.
In America, you are the principal. You're the one who is responsible.
You are culpable. You are guilty!
If you are a citizen, you're guilty. If you are a citizen taxpayer,
you're guilty twice over. There is an old adage among investigators
who look into nefarious acts. It says, "Follow the money!" If you pay
federal taxes, more specifically, if you voluntarily pay the federal
income tax, your tax dollars pay your president's salary, your
soldiers' wages, and your invoices from those highly profitable
companies that make the bullets and bombs that your agents use to blow
innocent men, women and children into unrecognizable body bits, parts
and pieces.
If you pay taxes, your taxes finance the slaughter. You are guilty!
Don't whine that you have no choice. Let me assure you of this: the
federal income tax is a voluntary tax. You do have a choice. You
don't have to pay it. If you do pay it, it is only because you choose
to do so. I personally haven't paid any federal income tax since
1971, and I never will pay it again. I won't pay people to kill for
me. If you are paying it, it follows as night follows day that you
support the war in Iraq and the slaughter taking place there on your
behalf. If you are a federal-income taxpayer, at least be honest enough
to own up to your crucial role in the nefarious bloodletting that is
the war in Iraq.
You say the federal income tax is mandatory? The Internal Revenue
Service [and CCRA] has been saying for years that it is voluntary. Who
are you to argue? Of course if you file an income tax return in which
you confess to owing a tax, you had better pay it. Just remember, you
filed voluntarily.
You say that your minister even tells you to pay your taxes? Don't be

Jesus would not pay taxes to finance professional killers.
Each year a few Americans are prosecuted by the feds for not
volunteering, even though they are not required by law to do so. This
year one of their victims is Irwin Schiff, the author of a book that
the federal government is trying to ban. The one and only reason Schiff
is being prosecuted is because he had the temerity to broadcast the
truth about the fraudulent means the Internal Revenue Service uses to
enforce the income tax. Mr. Schiff isn't being prosecuted for evading
or resisting the tax. He is being persecuted for telling millions of
people the truth about the tax and the federal mafia...er, IRS. If you

In George Orwell's classic tale of oppression by an omnipotent State,
citizens were taught that "war is peace." In America today the IRS
instructs citizen taxpayers that "voluntary compliance is mandatory."
And just like the brain-washed subjects of the omnipotent state in
Orwell's novel, 1984, Americans believe Big Brother's propaganda.

In consideration of the queer jerk and Vatican damage control
goon, Jack Foster's(Abbot's) post on this NG regarding what
he tries to show as being an erroneous assessment of that which
a US court case may have had argued in it, one has only to check
out ANY legislation of the Federal, State, County or City
government to see that such legislation applies ONLY to 'persons
- legal identities created by the State in the birth certificate
as 'natural persons'.
PS: Note that the title 'Abbot' is a post in the RC Church -
a likely pseudonym for a Vatican goon, and just as fitting
as the previus pseudonym of this queer jerk Foster - Quantrell,
the mass murderer of Kansas and Missouri during the Civil War.
Seem that both thrive on death, and vicious blood letting of
innocents, like his hero, GW Shrub.

So, you think/thought you had to/have to file a 'tax return
- 1040 (USA) or T1 (Canada)?
StaR has adequately shown you in his multiple posts that a 'person'
is a legal entity - a fiction. A 'person' is not a free will
man or woman, as created by Creator God. If 'natural person' is
used to describe you, then it is a legal fiction name (usually all
caps or family name first) supposedly attached to your body (originally
by the birth certificate of immigration papers), and supposedly changes
your status from 'free will' to that of 'galley slave' on the make
believe ship called the 'UNITED STATES' in the USA, or the 'CROWN"
in Canada.
The Canadian Income Tax Act, as all Acts or Statutes of government,
(USA or Canada) is only applicable to 'persons'. Section 2 says that
every person resident in Canada shall pay an income tax. Section 150
says that every person resident in Canada shall file a 'return of
income' in prescribed form each year.
Similarly worded statements to this effect are in Title 26 USC.
Therefore, if you are not a 'person', why are you filing and paying
income tax?

alternately holds that the nation is a commercial venture of the Queen

Please explain.
Lest you think I am avoiding the thrust of your cut and paste post I
would tell you that there is no guarantee that democracies won't go
badly off course. But the realization of that fact and the chilling
reality that it is happening before our eyes doesn't justify the sort
of lawlessness and ignorance you and your detax cult advocates.
In fact the sad state of the U.S. calls the U.S. citizen to behave in
exactly the opposite way!

trying to avoid a realistic understanding of the detax cult by posting

The detaxer's answer to the failings of western democracy is to cheat
on their taxes, punch traffic cops, call bomb threats into the court
house, and for the inactive among you to sit around on NGs all day
where they tell Walter Mitty tales about their imagined antigovernment
activities.
The cure for insanity is not more insanity.
But considering the mess you poor fools have made of your lives, that
truism is probably wasted on you.

There are several new testament verses that are quoted out of context
by alleged government authorities and false churches in order to
deceive people into believing that they should support their man-made
governments and obey their man-made law.
This, however, is not the case, as God has never given His people
authority to make their own law or to walk in the statutes of men.
Therefore, a more detailed look is necessary regarding these
scriptures so that the deception can clearly be seen. One verse that
is relentlessly misquoted is "...render unto Caesar!" found in Mark
12:14-17, where Jesus said:
"Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's and unto God the
things that are God's." (Mark 12:14-17, Bible, NKJV).
When Jesus said this, he was totally aware of God's Law, and we can
be sure that he was not telling the teachers of the law to do contrary
to God's Law. Let's see just exactly what Jesus meant by "the
things which are Caesar's" when he said this.
First of all, who was this "Caesar" that Jesus was referring to,
but the equivalent of a king? Let's see who the king is in our
society according to the U.S. supreme Court:
"Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the
author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers
are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself
remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists
and acts." Yick Wo, v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356; 6 S.Ct. 1064 (1886)
"The people of this State, as the successors of its former sovereign,
are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by
his prerogative. Through the medium of their Legislature they may
exercise all the powers which previous to the Revolution could have
been exercised either by the King alone, or by him in conjunction with
his Parliament; subject only to those restrictions which have been
imposed by the Constitution of this State or of the U.S." Lansing v.
Smith, 21 D. 89., 4 Wendel 9 (1829) (New York)
The real "king" in our society is not the government or anyone
serving the sovereign people in the government, but the PEOPLE!
That's you! So even if you misinterpret Jesus' words to mean
that we should render to a corrupt government that which it illegally
asks for or demands, since your own government calls you the king,
then your public servants are the ones who should be "rendering"
to YOU! Render to the king (Caesar, that's you) his due, which is
everything that is his property and his right, including 100% of his
earned wage.
"Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater
than his master.'" [Jesus in the Bible, John 15:20]
Why does the CRA and the IRS insist on arguing with the King and
violating this scripture? Therefore, covetous public servants in the
government, from a Biblical perspective, simply can't be greater
than the sovereigns they serve in the public at large or they are
violating God's law. Plain and simple, isn't it?
The other thing that people often overlook in interpreting Jesus
passage above regarding taxes is the following question:
"What exactly does belong to Caesar?"
The only thing that a sovereign (such as a government or a biological
person) can "own" and control is that which he creates. Below is
a list of the many things that God created, direct from the Bible.
He "owns" all these things by implication, which means everything
else belongs to "Caesar":
"The heavens are Yours [God's], the earth also is Yours;
The world and all its fullness, You have founded them.
The north and the south, You have created them;
Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Your name.
You have a mighty arm;
Strong is Your hand, and high is Your right hand."
[Psalms 89:11-13, Bible, NKJV]
The only thing the bible says is to be rendered to Caesar is death and
mourning and famine. Render to him his due! Now do you
understand what Jesus was saying and why both the Government and the
Pharisees wanted to crucify him?
Note that Jesus also took the trouble here to hide or encrypt His
subtle message, so that it would survive the ages and time and appear
in the version of the Bible we have today. Otherwise, the government
would have destroyed the Bible message long ago.
As Jimmy said, if He were to walk upon this earth once more, would you
would be the first to put Him to the spikes once more?
