A while back I shared an office with a "born again" Christian, who
objected to me playing music with lyrics in any language other than
English in case it might be blasphemous. As it happens the track that was
playing when s he complained was Tata Nzembe by Bisso Na Bisso, which I am
assured [1] is in fact pretty much a straightforward Christian hymn.
There's none so blind as will not hear.
Thank you for summing up my feelings so succinctly and accurately.
[1] By the carpenter who came to fix my windows, who happened to be from
the right part of Congo to understand the language used. Look, I like the
album, I play it a lot. OK? :)
