 | Should a Scout that has Special Needs get the Special Needs Awareness Badge
right off - using the requirements of providing support for a person with
special needs for 3 months? Or do they need to do the requirements for a
different special need??

Your call, remembering that the badge requirements are for the most part
guidlines.
As a comprimise perhaps the scout could instruct the others on the best wat
to help someone with his disability
