 | I believe the morale of the story is when you go on a trip in remote areas, one shouldn't rely on only one source of power to recharge the batteries. Solar panels backed up by a wind generator could have made them able to continue on their route instead of turning back into the storm. That's an edifying story. Mistakes are a great way to learn, especially when they're made by others! :-O
