I am just 23 years old and i earn a descent salary. Can i invest in
Mutual Fund. I am an Indian. If yes, tell me options of monthly
investment. If No, Why i should not invest in Mutual Fund.

Of course you can invest in the mutual fund and use the monthly
investment method.
But I suggest you to define your goal of investment first.... why you
want to invest? for what purpose you want to invest? cause these
factors are important for the year term of your investment and the
risk consideration of your portfolio. Also, it's better to start the
investment early in life cause the time can help to compound the
return.
