 | Hi,
I'm using Quick Books Pro 6. I am about to put my expenses into the General Ledger for tax purposes. However, I am sure to find older expenses later on in the process.
My question is, can I place the older expenses in the proper dateline, or will it show up lower in the ledger. In other words, if I have an expense that took place on 7/3/04, but later find that that I have an earlier expense made on 3/20/04 under the same category, does Quick Book allow me to, or better yet, automatically place the date in its proper timeline? Or will it be out of order?
I hope I made myself clear.
Thanks for your help.
