 | I have a group of 9 musicians I'd like to pay weekly at different rates
depending on the type of job they perform. For instance, if they do a
club, they get paid at one rate, or if they perform a private function,
they get paid at a different rate. What I'm looking for is a template
of sort so that I don't have to enter in each person's name and rate
for each performance. I'd ideally like to pick the club or private
template and have all the bills automatically generate. I'd like to
track A/P, so just entering the checks directly in the register will
not get me everything that I'm looking for.
Also, I'm doing electronic funds transfers (outside of QB) and I'm
wondering if there is a recommended way I should go about giving the
guys a paper record of what they have just been paid for.
Any ideas?
