 | I am actually constructing this right now for a company that I work with. The system I am working on requires data entry by the employee, followed by approval from a supervisor. Once approved a web-based bill (for printing or e-presentation) is prepared on the billing cycle.
All data is going to be exportable to csv for other programs.
This is being developed for a smaller shop where they have lots of low hour employees working with lots of low hour clients. The net result is their QuickBooks bookkeeper was getting overwhelmed tracking all of the tiny POs. This will allow them to calculate payroll quickly, and just do "Summary POs" in QB.
I was debating releasing this as a webservice. Would you think that if your company was facing this problem at the time of release that they would purchase it? Or is this something that would only be trusted in house.
Obviously they could freely use the data download to bill/pay as they please.
comments?
thanks,
bex

 | Have you looked at Paychex Time In A Box? This is an all in one system that gives swipe cards, or fingerprint check in, software, and tracking tools.
