 | RAMALLAH, West Bank, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Israeli forces rounded up 22 Palestinians in the West Bank town of Assira, south of Nablus, Tuesday and took them away, Palestinian sources said. The forces, backed by tanks, rolled into the town early Tuesday and raided several houses from which they seized the Palestinians. There was no information about the reasons for the arrests. In the town of Kfar Darom, also in the West Bank, Israeli troops arrested three Palestinians late Monday night and took them away to an unknown destination, the sources said.
