 | I went through this a couple of years ago with ASG as we needed SAG Natural support. We moved to CA-Explore CICS
CA have beeen great and have even changed their Natural exit to put in some changes for us.
I still miss the ease of use of TMON. Explore - as with all CA products is till so tied in to 3270 green screen parameter mentality.
I wish they would realise we are in the 21st century
