Further, can you tell me how much O2 is left in the exhaust, after
combustion in a typical, modern, properly tuned automobile? Also, how much
CO2 is left in the exhaust after combustion in a typical, modern, properly
tuned automobile?

After we know these answers, we can determine if the exhaust gases would,
indeed, kill a person.

I do not have the figures to hand, but I would wager that there is
sufficient O2 left and insufficient CO2, after combustion, to suffocate a
human. I reiterate: I do not have any data to support this argument.
