Hi,
Does anyone know of a decent service person for turntables in Sydney.
I have a Thorens TD-125 that needs a little TLC. The platter only
just makes it up to speed with the fine adjustment pushed up to the
max. I think the mechanicals/bearings need a clean out.

Also there is distortion as the needle gets near the end of the
record. I've tried to set up the arm myself but this may be a bit
beyond me. I'd rather pay $100 and know that it is done right.

Any advice is appreciated.

**I do all the service for the official Thorens importers, so I can help.
However, the TD-125 is a relatively simple machine and any competent tech
should be able to perform a service.
