 | Upgraded to current spec in 2002 by ME. Perfect condition. What would be a reasonable price?

**Hard to say. It depends on how quickly you want to sell, condition and how desperate the buyer/s are. Assuming it is in good nick, with original box and books, you should be able to sell it for around $1,300.00. More for remote and hi cap versions.
Since ME closed it's doors, the demand for second hand ME amps and preamps has shot through the roof. The values are following suit.
Think of it this way: How much would a buyer need to spend to buy another, similar sounding product on the new market?
