WHats a cheap good, HD Set Top Box ?

Ive heard the Teac is good one, but has some problems, heat ect.

But ive heard no HD box is perfect they all have probs.

One think i would like is to beable to program my channels. So with
the up and down arrow i can just display one of the stations channels
ect ect.

The SD box i have now, does not do this i have to scroll though all
the channels even the duplicated ones 1,2,3 ect.

Though i can make a faviroutes list, but everytime i want to change
channel it kicks me back to channel 7 and i have to go from their
every single fucking time :(

I just want it like my normal TV i can program and remove the channels
i dont want and just leave the ones i want. Is that to much to ask ?

Anyway if you can recommend a good HD box for me and us that would be
great. As soon as iam sick of SD iam going to try HD.

Thanks.
