 | I just received my latest TXU (Victoria) gas account, and I noticed that
the regular Direct Debit rebate was missing.
I also checked my previous electricity account and it was missing from
that one as well.....
I called them up and apparently - on my accounts - the last time they
appeared was September 2004, so they are looking into it now.
If anyone else has TXU and uses Direct Debit, I'd advise you to check
your accounts to see if the same thing has happened to you.
