Lots of consumers are boycotting James Hardie building products, even
writing it into contracts with their homebuilder.

Below, for your continued boycotting pleasure, is a list of clients of Gavin
Anderson, James Hardie's PR agent/spin doctor.

Its also curious to note that state & federal health departments refuse to
use PR agents that are also used by tobacco companies. But they are happy
to just the same PR company as James Hardie.

In the end:

Share holders will lose everything
Victims get next to F-All
The CEO and Board Members will leave with truck load of cash for
a job well done and preventing those bastards from getting one dollar
more than they had to.

Another company then springs up called Hardies with the same CEO and
board members but no affiliation with James Hardies.

It's as clear as the writing on the wall.

Can't do that, it's illegal to kill somebody.
You can be locked up for that.

Waste of time. These silly pseudo-boycotts are about as effective as the
regular turkey about not buying petrol on a certain day.

You're certainly not going to help anyone or anything with that sort of
attitude. Australian apathy at it's best, no wonder the country is going to
the shitter.

Actually Australia is doing exceptionally well, boyo. Just goes to show how
stupid the Left is.

Rubbish. The Greenpeace inspired boycotts of Shell in Europe over
the Brent Spar were effective (even if Greenpeace was wrong).

The difference is that the boycotts on buying petrol on certain days
are idiotic. If anything, an individual is probably better off
buying petrol on those days in the hope that any drop in sales
(demand) might see a drop in price.

There is no reason why petrol should be higher in price on certain days like
they are here, it's blatant profiteering.

You'll notice it wasn't until the media started reporting on it that the
current prices started to get in line with the recent drop in oil prices.
