I have Windows MP10 installed, that cant do it. Any ideas?

sorry, windows MP10 plays it without but without audio.

It's the video format used by Apple. Install Apple QuickTime player for
Windows and it should play fine. You might then be able to use MP10 (if you
wish) to play the file once QT installs the codecs along with the player.

I would avoid using quicktime, the experience I have had with Apple's software
on PC's has led me to have a deep regret for ever trying. iTunes is another app
that has caused me grief recently, hanging the system at worse and at best just
slowing it down to a crawl - thank gor for safe mode and roll back

kl mega codec pack with mp classic plays everything I try

if you don't want to install the quicktime rubbish, google for quicktime
alternative.
